REVENGE OF THE FALLEN - BUMBLEBEE
Bumblebee took a lot longer to finish than normal,
He has different sorts of finish and it took me a while to get the detailing right. His head is very movie accurate and has a lot of detail. Im glad I waited for this one.
color palette is basically the same with matte and glossy finish . Using different types of finish is good to create a contrast between car- and robot parts.
A few custom decals were used (licence plates + tiny autobot logo)

Autobot logo on his forehead

Extra notes:
Upper leg tweak:
I cut away som plastic that prevented the joint that holds the car part to turn around 360.
So the transformed parts can sit more next to the leg instead of in front of it.

info on the roof tweak:
to release the rooftop you need to detach the two roof parts from the arms,
On the right arm you can just unscrew it, but the left arm requires more caution because the arm is glued together by the wrist.

first unscrew and then gently try to break it apart with something sharp .
When it opens up you can take out the left part of the roof.
if you don't like the result of this tweak you can just put everything back together.
I looked for different ways to get rid of the roof on his body, and putting it on his back was the simpelest solution. A magnet is used for this, using joints was not possible.

1. Now they just hook behind, the hood ( that normally clicks behind BB's neck). locking onto the magnet that is attached on the wheel .

2. After that close the shoulder parts (the wheels with the camaro logo)
that should lock the whole thing together. (You can also do it without a magnet... the shoulder parts can also hold this on their own)

Feel free to use the decals I used
( the scale should be correct when you print this )
